FocusMax workshops (meaning the content of the workbook we use for all all workshops, DIY, online, onsite) are based on an entrepreneurial model. Considering the way most businesses are run today, one need not necessarily be a business owner to think, act and be remunerated like one. Large corporations are also leaning towards results oriented philosophies for employees and contracted services alike.
